All users, employees and managers are integrated into the Crews Best software solution with their respective functions and interdependencies.

This involves creating the profile of users, whether they are
collaborators (team member)
supervisor (team leader,
managers,
directors,
administrators.
The procedure is extremely simple, you just need to fill in the following fields:
First name
Name
Company Email
Role (as defined previously)
His N+1 (file created previously
This integration can be done by uploading a csv file for companies having chosen the Premium package, in an updated Json feed for the Sponsor or Taylor packages
The action can also be performed manually as in the screen below

Once created, you can consult all the managerial monitoring notes linked to the various rituals defined by human resources and general management from the user list:
Skills development (Technical onboarding, Training followed, etc.)
Management monitoring (One to One, group meeting, progress report, etc.)
Well-being and work environment (Welcome onboarding, HR interview, Incident, sick leave, etc.)
Motivation (Personal investment, promotion, raise, etc.)
