Users and functions

All users, employees and managers are integrated into the Crews Best software solution with their respective functions and interdependencies.

This involves creating the profile of users, whether they are

1. collaborators (team member)

2. supervisor (team leader,

3. managers,

4. directors,

5. administrators.

The procedure is extremely simple, you just need to fill in the following fields:

• First name

• Name

• Company Email

• Role (as defined previously)

• His N+1 (file created previously

This integration can be done by uploading a csv file for companies having chosen the Premium package, in an updated Json feed for the Sponsor or Taylor packages

Once created, you can consult all the managerial monitoring notes linked to the various rituals defined by human resources and general management from the user list:

• Skills development (Technical onboarding, Training followed, etc.)

• Well-being and work environment (Welcome onboarding, HR interview, Incident, sick leave, etc.)

• Motivation (Personal investment, promotion, raise, etc.)
